can we run actions on the same day for an employee? where we configure this?

You can run all actions on the same day, except for Termination/Resignation. I.E., Hiring, Transfer etc can happen on the same day, but Hiring & Termination/Resigning CANNOT be done on the same day, 'coz SAP does not support.
