Electric shock due to electric power not because of current and also because of voltage.
The reason is we transmitting only electric power not a voltage or current.
Also with out voltage electron movement is not possibale so electric shock due to electrical power

If we want to change a contactor of faulty one what are the conditions want to fullfil
