how to add a disk group in veritas from one system to
another system?

In first system
1. unmount all file systems
2. stop all volumes, then
#vxdg deport diskgroup_name => in command line or
use vxdiskadm : "remove access to(deport) a diskgroup"
In second system
#vxdg import diskgroup_name or
vxdiskadm: "enable access to (import) a diskgroup"
then start volumes by
#vxvol -g diskgroup_name startall
