100% sure. We can not check the performance of the
particular web application manually. Some interviewers
regularly asking these kind of question to make the people
confuse. So don't answer these kind of questions. Just say
boldly we can not do that.Mainly performance testing
(load,Stress) is finding break point of the application and
how will the application react in such a heavy load (Query
Overload, More number of user's access) etc ... 100 % sure
it can be done by some kind of Performance testing tools
like LoadRunner, JMeter, VSTS etc.
