sry guys ans is 14/19 vch is greater den 1/2...
shifting is allowed therefore shift 9red balls to green bag
which makes it 1 nd 19 (red balls in each bag)
so probability = (1/2)*1+1/2(9/19)=14/19 :) :) :)
