Priority (1) Participants at National level in International
Youth Exchange programme with NCC "C" Certificate.
Priority (2) Participants at National level in Republic Day
Camp parade in New Delhi with NCC "C", "B", "A" Certificate.
Priority (3) Participants at State level competition with
NCC "C", "B", "A" Certificate.
Priority (4) Holders of NCC "C", "B", "A" Certificate.
