what will happen when square wave is fed into input side of
3kva transformer and what you will get on output side.

if square wave is fed ,then there will be harmonics in the
transformer,which may cause overheating and may even burn
the transformer..

What do you mean by a voltage transformer?
current transformer balance the power level on both sides. e.g in case of step up, at secondary side voltage rise but current decrease and vice versa in case of step down transformer. but how this power level remains same in case of current transformer and voltage transformer
