Why we are not placing c.B 's btwn generator and transformer.?

what happens when generator gets disconnected from
transformer when it is running @ full load?

when a generator is disconnected from supply when it is
running at full speed,there will be mechanical vibration in
the rotor and may even break.so,if a generator should be
disconnected,we have to at first reduce the load.
