1.we have to check for the any damage of the pen
2.check for the cap ,if cap is exactly fixing in the pen or
not .
3.check for the color and type of the ink.
4.check for the ink ,if it has overflow.
5.check for the flow n smoothness of the ink while writing.
6.check for the opening for the refill at its end for
passage of air.
7.check for the nib of the refill .
