1. I said i do not knw the answer.
2. I said its by giving passwords and authorizations but he
said he want technical answer.
3. LSMW - i do not knw the answer
4. I said yes but i did not answer how it is done.
5. Master Data Infotypes for payroll - 0008,0014,0015
Time date Infotypes for payroll - 2001, 2002, 2004, 2006,
2007, 2010 (I do not know if the answer is correct)
6. Tcode for creating positions - i answered as PPOME but he
was expecting PO13
7. Different object types - i said with their names as Org
unit, position, person but then he askd me to explain with
their technical names like O for org unit. He asked for
object T stands for what. I did not answer but i guess it is
for Tast
8. 0007 is Plnd working time. Fields i answered as only work
schedule rule. Then next question is the feature for work
schedule rule. it is schzk and next question what is the
feature lgmst is used for - i answered it is to default the
wage types. then he asked is it wage types or wage type
values. I answered as values (is it correct).
11. i said SAP is number one in the ERP industry, so opted
for SAP.

hi, these r the ques asked by tcs.. 1.what do sap hr consultants do in 5phases of asap methodology? how u did documentation? 2.Tables you come across in payroll process?n after copying wagetypes in which table they get stored?n table for indirect valuation? 3.wht r the steps u followed to create dynamic actions? wht r the dynamic actions u created? 4.how u do exemptions in indian payroll? 5.wht is igmod? wht is the use of it? 6.where u save payroll results? 7.how u do evaluation path? dont say the configuration path..say the process.. 8.wht configuration u did in OM in implementation? 9.wht r the steps to do hiring action? n on how many actions u have worked?how u configured all those things?
