I user exit :means in the form of the subroutens.
2.customer exit:in the form of the function module
it has for types:
1.menu exit
2.screen exit
3.function exit
4.field exit
user exit and customer exit both have clint dependent
this is procedural approch to work with enchancement.
badi.this also enchancement but this is clint independent
and this object oriented .this is multiple leve infra
structure.
badi find out using this tansaction codes like se84,se15
and se80.
when i create customer master itwill display the shipping
condition and termes of payment using the badi
