If a clerk can process 80 cheques in half an hour, how many
cheques can she process in a seven and one half hour day?

1/2 hour = 80 chqs
that means for 1 hour 160 chqs
so for 7 hours = 7 x 160 = 1120 chqs
add 1/2 hour = 80 chqs
total 1120+80 = 1200
ans - 1200 cheqs in 7 & 1/2 hours
