Hi,
Ethernet is a Hardware device and one can view information
related to Ethernet by right clicking My Computer----
Properties-----Device Manager ----Ethernet Card it will
give information of installed Lan Card on System.
Ethernet is defined as Lan Card to which RJ45 jack is
connected for network connectivity .
