Thermocouple Extention Cable:

Thermocouple Element material & Thermocouple Cable
Conductor materials are same.

Thermocouple Compensating Cable:

If the Electrical properties of the Conductor material used
for the Thermocouple Cable is almost similar to that of
Thermocouple element material it is called Compensating
Cable.
