how do you calculate IKW(consumption per TR) in HVAC?

As we know that 1 KW = 3413 btu ( British thermal unit)
and 1 TR = 12000 btu

kw capacity = 12000/3413
Hence 1 TR = 3.5 kW

Is This Answer Correct ?    66 Yes 12 No
