How do u calculate Schedule variance? What is the formula?
Explain with Example
Answer Posted / abhishek tripathi
Schedule Metrics are related to variations between the
planned (base lined) schedule and actual schedule. Schedule
metrics basically provide you with schedule variance for
projects – scheduled completion, actual completion date and
the number of days of variance.
Schedule Variance = (Actual Duration-Planned Duration) /
(Planned Duration) * 100
