RTCC MEANS REMOTE TAP CHANGING CIRCUIT. AND REQUIRED FOR
CHANGING THE TAP AT THE HV SIDE OF THE TRANSFORMER ONLINE
IF THE LV SIDE VOLTAGE OF THE TRANSFORMER FLUCTUATE
BEACAUSE OF LOAD. IT HAS AVR (AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR)
TO CONTROL THE TAP CHANGING.
