9..A NUMBER TO BE DIVISIBLE BY 9..SUM OF THE DIGS SHOULD BE
DIVISIBLE BY NINE SINCE THE SUM OF DIGITS IS 20 IT CANT BE
DIVIDED BY 9 SO ANSWER IS 0
