1)We need to check is ball pen or ink pen
2)if its ball pen then we need to check the refile is there
or not
3) if its refile is there we need to check for the Ink in
the refile
4) if ink is there in the refile then we need to check the
Point of the refile
5) if point is in good condition then we need to check the
Body of the Pen is good or not
6) if everything is fine then we can wirte with that pen
