FOR EXAMPLE:A LTD. & B LTD. WANTS TO AMALGAMATE THEIR BUSINESS SO THEY WILL FIRST LIQUIDATE THEIR BUSINESS & THEN START A NEW COMPANY CALLED AB LTD.
