it is also called registerd capital, bcoz it is capital
which is regestered by regegister of the company.
& its also called nominal capital ,bcoz the company has
this capital ,only in name& only a portion of this is
collected through public subccription ,.
. AUTHORIZED CAPITAL: DEFINITION
it is a maximum amount of a capital which a company is
authorized to raise from public by issue of shares.& it is
capital which is mentioned under the capital cluase of the
memorandum of association of the company .
