Change management is also called as change request.
1. prepare change request
2. Perform impact analysis (work product, effort schedule)
3. Re-estimate delivery schedule
4. Review impact with senior management and other effected
groups, as necessary
5. Obtain approval from change control board
6. Implement the approved changes in the work item
7. Perform review/testing process to verify the
implementation of change
8. Update closure status of change request.
