a circuit breaker is device whitch controls a circuit in
condintions of abnormal current in the circuit, abnormal
load, or voltages. mean while this is a prtacotor for the
electrical circuit and for isulation of the circuit from
the power supply.

I don't understand why when we connect high voltage source in DC to electronic motor , we must add capacitor and resistor in parallel ?
