call centre is nothing but customer care service like take
on exam you are the customer on vodafone sim . you have
some problem in your sim so you have to called help line .
that person going to solved your problem that is call
centre in here listening and voice is important . voice is
nothing but making call and receiving call to the customer
and solving customer problem and sell the problem .
interacing between the customer. non voice nothing but
receiveing customer mail and re solved the problem like
banking insurance mortage etc in non voice typing is very
important and also english knowledge also imp
