what is radar type level transmitters and its basic
principle and how to calibrate it
Answer Posted / mohamed yousuf(instrumentation
radar type level transmitter works on the principle
of "time of flight system " actually this type of
transmitter having antenna used to send and recive the
micro waves these waves having the frequency range in GHZ.
by calculating the time required to send and recieve the
data the distance can be calculated from the following
expression
velocity=2 distance/time
therefore distance =velocity *time /2
