Severity refers the bug impact on the application
Q1)Decides by testers
Priority refers how sever the bug is and how soon it has to
be fixed.
Q1)Answer
Severity decides by testers
Priority decides by team leads or managers.
Q2)answer
In real time scenario users priorities are justified
first.suppose if user is giving importance something like
cosmetic fixes then Dev and QA Can convince the customer
that that we can fix it later bcoz of other critical issues
we are facing.
Q3)depends on the severity, the bug can be fixed.for example
if the application itself crashing with out opening that
has to be fixed no matter what other priorities are there.so
the most sever bugs are most prioritized bugs.
