AS WE KNOW THAT GEARS ARE USED TO CHANGE SPEED ACCORDING,SO TRANSFERING OF FORCE IS MAINLY DEPEND UPON PRESSURE ANGLE,A THE PRESSURE ANGLE DECREASES, THERE ARE MORE CHANCE OF FAILURE,SO WE INCREASE THE PRESSURE ANGLE UPTO 30 DEGREE WHICH IS DESIRED FOR TRANSFERING MAXIMUM FORCE.
