The best product developed by sap is R/3 in 1992.NOw it is use d as 'ECC 6.0' [ENTERPRISE CENTRAL COMPONENT OR ERP CENTRAL COMPONENT] WHICH IS NEWER VERSION.
R/3 is nothing but Real time data processing three tier arichitecture.
1) Presentationn layer.
2) Application layer.
3) Database layer.
