yet..for e.g. HOUSE RENT DUE FOR THE CURRENT MONTH BUT NOT
PAID YET.. OUTSTANDING EXPENSE AND INCOME IS ONLY POSSIBLE
WHEN IT'S REVENUE IN NATURE....
