Why? We r used 50sq. mm. And above size cable in 3.5 core and below size are used in 4core

Above 50 sq mm cables are usually used 3 phase loads and
fair balancing of loads is expected.As the neutral current
is unlikely to exceed 50 % of full load ,half the core size
is sufficient to save money
