How to take backup of CMS database and Auditing database, please suggest me with a best possible ways.?

Backup your cms and audit db direct in the db you are using.
Copy also your FileStore away. This should be done when
your SIA is stopped to have a clean status.
or use the import wizard to create a biar file from you
hold cms db.
