a trainer is the one who is well versed in subject and can communicate his knowledge to the trainees in time and is efficient enough to handle a group of people and be able to clear even a minute doubt. not only training but able to handle the assigned work i.e; his duty apart from the training
considering the above qualities i'l select the trainer in the organization
