We in my plant one of the transformer showing neutral to
earth voltage is 22V how to solve it

Disconnect earth and measure voltages between phases and
neutral on some load.If the voltages are not equal there is
a loose connection in the star point.Before doing
this ,check the earth connection at neutral bushing.
