NIKHI My friend here is the answer for urs question
i have seen that many of the guy replyed that subnating is
the breaking of the network.but i am not agree it might be
possibe that i will be wrong but some how i am putting mine
answer here
subnating---comes for sub+network+networking==subnating
subnating is the process by which we devide the single ip
in to the mulitple ip so that we can draw our network
according to our requirment.
just try to remember what mr.chobe gives the exapmpe in our
class
he take a ip pool
192.168.100.0/24
and he teacheh us the vlsm desiging.just refre that page on
urs notebook.
here what u r seeing thet we got the single ip pool and we
dived this ip pool in diffrent ip poo.this process that is
breaking the one ip in multilple ip is caled subnating
also plz refre mine privous post.
now what is vlan
vlan is called virtual vlan
Vikram replied that vlan is used for breking the single
broadcast domain.but this is not the complete answer for
interview asspect.
as in any com ther are mainly three sec
HR
MKTG
FINCE
TECHNICAL
and more
if we want that technical departmet server can not be
accesble from the Hr so we are creating vlan
this is the exapmle of breaking the broad cast domain in
multlple broad cast domain
thanks
