The same way as 3 phase induction motor...
if the slip of the rotor is s w.r.t forward rotating flux
i.e. the one which rotates same as rotor so
N=Ns(1-s)
where n is actual speed
Ns is the synchronous speed

sir i used 3 hp of motor for spraying pump, other home light and other home items which size of allminium pvc wire ix used
15hp motor wound by 0.9mm & 0.95mm magnet wire. at no load test it draw 4.2A current. Another motor with same condition draw 9.2A current. How can that occur? pls help
