The MIDP1.0 are designed for lower handset where resources
are very limited.
The MIDP2.0 contains some advance classes which are designed
for higher handset in which resources are not a problem.
Like GameCanvas etc.
You can use MMAPI for playing midi , wav files in MIDP2.0.
