I think there is no institute for
(MAC,RRC,RLC....)devlopement in india.

CONVERGENCE LABS: hyderabad (BEST OF BEST)(*****)(self rate)
good for developement(programmer)/installation
side(hardware) also because, there u can have good idea
about SS7,GSM,GPRS,CDMA,3G ONLY.
For the programmers u should be awesome at C,Linux
programming.

he will show u the oppurtunities at
airtel,idea,vodafone(endusers)....as a installation, u need
to go to site and install something on that.. thats it..

institute.. not good for programming techs.just they have
simple mobile app dev projects and they will give it to u.
