Hi Robin,
Take a Ex:
1. Windows Application is already running.
2. Try to open or start same application by double clicking
or right click then open.
3. If application is getting opened then this is called
another instance of application. This is a bug.
4. If we try to open already running application then there
should be a validation message "Another Instance of
application is already running."
Please correct me if i am wrong.

Plz give reply to me, if any body know, It is really very very urgent. 1. what is the difference between basic flow,exception flow and alternative flow? 2.what are non-functional requirements in use cases? 3.what are exceptions, special requirements, business rules, assumptions, constraints. If you are handling a product testing and if there are around 100 test cases and in them few test cases are failed then at the end of the day how will you treat whether the product is pass/fail.? consider the failed test cases are in functional requirements.
