how i have to start personal interview i mean to say we
have to mention over strength or weekness?

we should mention our strength and try to corelate it with
the job or the vacancy .we should not mention our week
points untill and unless the interviewers ask but if they
ask then dont tell that i dont have any week point in me as
no one can be perfect.........
