earthing: to provide low impedence path for currents to flow
grounding: to provide ref or zero voltage to a network

What should be the Sandwitch type Al. bus bar capacity for 2 M.W.Gen. set, having continuous full load current- 3463 Amps,ambient temp.- 50 Deg. C., Required temp. raise-20 deg.C., it will run 24 hrs, 365 days on full load, required highly reliable.
As per standard, transformer body earthing and other Equipment earthing (Equipment earthing) did not connect. but in LT side termination we are doing metal glanding in both side Transformer to PCC Panel through armoured cable, now X'mer body earthing and PCC Pane earthing (Equipment earthing) both are connect.is this safe for X'mer or other equipment?
