2. Setup payment method of country
3. Setup payment transaction all company code
4. Setup payment transaction for country
5. Bank determination(currency, Ranking order
Second answer:How come we process APP without invoice??This APP is basically done bcoz of non payment of particular invoice in proper time!!!!
