RECOVERY.
BULK LOADING:THE INTEGRATION SERVICE IN WORK THE BULK
UTILITY WHEN BYPASS THE DATA BASE LOG
--THIS IS IMPROVES THE PERFORMANCE DATA LOADING
--THIS IS NOT PERFORM ROLLBACK
