I am a people person who enjoys nurturing goals from the
baby stages to maturity in a positive way. Human Resources
(employees) are the most important resources of any
organization; they can make or break a company. This is why
I chose HR, I recruit, select, interview, hire, place on
the job, train, develop, discipline and compensate in order
to achieve and exceed the company's set goals plus meeting
the emplyees physical needs. I also have alot of patience
and ability to remain firm which are Key requirements for
any HR associate because dealing with people of diverse
backgrounds and personality is not a bed of roses. I draw
alot of satisfaction in knowing that I chose the right
person for the company and the company is compensating and
developing the employee for services rendered.
