Time comes to a standstill.
Timedilation in agravitational field is geven by:
T
T'= ----------
2GM
( 1- ----- )^0.5
R c^2
Here T' is the time measured far from the gravitational
field.
The radius R of a black hole is given by
2GM
R = ---
c^2
When you fill this in for R in the first equation then you
get:
c^2
1 - ---
c^2
under the root, which adds to zero.
So time T becomes 0 x T', which means time is standing
still.
