a)250-column cover both side+8*dia of rod
400-column cover both side+8*dia of rod
so cutting length is (.200+.350)*2+(2*5*.008)
=1.180 mts
(b)cutting length is (.150+.355)*2+(2*5*.008)
=1.090 mts
(c)cutting length is (.100+.350)*2+(2*5*.008)
=0.980 mts
