Your .pst file got currupted,u r manager wants to check his
mails,but it's not getting open,what will you do ?how u

We have to run the scan pst to solve this issue
we can find that from following location
C:\program files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033\SCANPST.EXE
Once opened it will ask for the PST file ,just select the
path of the PST ,will solve this issue
for best practice copy existing PST file to different
location and scan it.
Some times - rare case,outlook is not propely closed this
issue will occur.for that we can kill the outlook.exe from
task manager and re-run the outlook will solve this issue.
If the PST file is in shared drive ,check the authentication
for the user.(Permission -from the Security settings),if
permission is denied to user ,give the permission to parent
folder and child folders will solve this issue.
