this process takes palce at GAP ANALYSIS TO PROJECT
REALIZATION and is done with te help of BPP WHERE WE have
gap analysis and at the next stage of project realisation
we need to go in for kick of meetings and one we ahve a sla
sigend at this stage we finalise the enterpirse structure to
be done at orgn level
