is there anyway to get a dump of the items in an STO for
which Gr is completed but quantity reduced is still zero,
for some particular STO/Item combination ?

Yes you can do it incase you ahve not posted the goods in
the warehouse or storage location but ahve them in the
staging location then you have gr ackw but since they are
not posted oin wm or sl oyu dont have a recipt over there
