There are two ways to capture unplanned delivery costs.
1. With a separate line with G/L account in invoice (LIV)
2. Distributing costs in weigted average proportion between
the invoice items ( conventional invoice)
This is defined at company code level in customizing under
path, MM->LIV->configure how unplanned delivery costs are
posted.
