How to load the source table into flat file target(with
columns) in informatica?

Seession Properties--> Mapping tab---> Target folder--->
Select the Target file --->Beside we will see
Tagetfilename.Filewriter in Properties.
one Property belongs to Header options.
From you can select your own style for Flat file only.
